Terms and Conditions
A local tax of € 3.00 per person per day (from 14 years+) is added to the prices. The tax is to be paid on the spot.
The following discounts apply for children
- Children up to 2 years: 70% reduction
- From 2 to 6 years: 50% reduction
- From 6 to 12 years: 30% reduction
The above reductions apply to the third additional bed in the room with 2 paying adults.
Discounts are applied according to the different daily rates.
Chek-In and Check-Out times
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Four-legged friends:
Your friendly pets (small or medium-sized) are welcome by prior arrangement. They are allowed everywhere, except in the dining room and wellness area.
Supplement: 15,00 Euro per day, food not included.
To make your reservation:
The reservation is binding as soon as the deposit has been paid.
Contract waiver and cancellation:
If you are unable to make the trip, or have to return early, without adequate insurance it becomes an unpleasant situation for both travellers and the landlord.
In case of cancellation, please inform us promptly in writing.
Provide for:
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before the start of your vacation.
From 60 and 30 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
From 29 and 15 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total amount booked.
From 14 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total amount booked.
The cancellations 6 days or more before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total booked amount.
In the event of late arrival or early departure we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the room.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are not charged cancellation fees if you start your trip late or are unable to start it or have to cancel it due to illness or other justified reasons.
